I'm just saying that it's obviously related to the injury. It's more reasonable to assume that Dampier asked out of the game because the finger was bothering him then to assume it was a strategic mistake on Carlisle's part.

I think it's way more likely to think Carlisle just had some kind of plan or idea about how to come back in the game, and Damp wasn't included in it. Damp has quite a few games this year where he came out, didn't match up, and just sat the next 40 minutes on the bench.

How long until Triano realizes starting DeRozan might single handedly cost us making the playoffs?

even if expectations were low it's hard to believe he does all this in games but didn't show the ability in practice
Right, and I just don't really get giving those minutes to someone you know sucks (JJB) instead of a young guy who might be good and could definitely use some seasoning.

Again, I point to the examples of Toronto with Derozan this year and Portland with Batum last year. Give the guy some 1st and 3rd quarter minutes FFS.

In retrospect, I agree.

But remember, JJB is much worse this year than last. He had some good games last year.

Yeah, my big problem was basically he flashed some real good skills but then got benched and got some DNP-CDs and like ~5 min/game

he's playing 12mpg basically because there are some games he was available but didn't play at all (instead of 1-5), and then because of some injuries

Don't forget that he randomly would start 1/10 games.

JJ Barea loves him some carnie food, cause he certainly isn't riding any rides there. In elementary school his report cards often arrived in the mail stained with tears. Three families in Puerto Rico were able to buy houses with the amount of money paid to their children to play with young JJ.

Also... big lol @ us bitching about Roddy B. Like, whatever. It just seemed obvious he deserved some extended burn and it took Kidd resting + Terry injury for him to get it

Tas Melas with the offensive foul

Yeah, I mean. If our 8th man is our biggest issue, I guess we're doing A-Okay.

For some reason, Landry looks disconcertingly like Kenny Thomas in a Sacto uni.
