Record vs +.500 teams:

Road Records:

So the Jazz suck against any good teams pretty much. Have played the 2nd least amount of road games(Tied), and have a horrible record on the road while at it.

WTF EXACTLY MAKES THEM EVEN REMOTELY FIRST?

Also, the recent games thing is BS. Nuggets were 9-1 in last 10 before that, with a better record, and had beaten the Jazz. At least the Jazz beat the Cavs somewhat recently(dunno if last 10), so that is some kind of argument.

Just seriously saying the Jazz are #1 in stupid. I have no problem with LAL over Cavs, because of metrics and such just giving the Lakers the nod even though most people would disagree. But saying the Jazz are above the Cavs or Lakers is just stupid and shows that the rating is horribly flawed.

I never understand why people are so clueless about this stuff. Look at the numbers. It's perfectly clear why he has Utah ranked so high. If you think his rankings are bogus and that his formula is uberflawed, then that's one thing. But it's terribly obvious why Utah is so high. Super high PD and SOS last 25%. There. That's it. That's the answer as to why they're so high. This isn't exactly rocket science.

Mavs are somehow down 14-12 although Dallas has looked pretty good. They've turned it over twice already though. Jason Kidd tried a couple of alley oops to Shawn and Erick and that fell on its face.

Dirk's shot is falling, Marion's post game is working, and the Mavs are getting a decent amount of opportunities. LMA has taking fadeaways, Andre's drilling mid-rangers, and juwan is looking like a point guard with his passing.

Jerryd Bayless is killing the Mavs because they're going under the screen and roll. Dirk tries to make Bayless go wide/slow him down but he keeps drilling 18 footers before Kidd or Terry can recover.
