saw the replay. It was when he was bracing to jump. His right leg twisted a little and wasn't stable, maybe that shifted too much of the load to his left leg. He went down like a sack of potatoes. Does not look good. If I had to guess it's another ligament deal.

i dont think intentionally chucking it at a dudes face on an in bounds is without repercussion. but i didnt see the play so i dont know if it could qualify as egregious.

Agreed. I mean you can't just throw it at a guys face.. I was just curious what the rules were. It hit his chest, fwiw, since Ginobli was jumping.. but it nearly rocked his face.

microfracture obv indicates a deterioration of cartilage which can decrease the stability of the knee and put more stress on the ligs.

i threw a ball off a guys face in a rec league one time and got t'ed up for it. then again i was inbounding the ball and did it to avoid a 5 sec violation
