WTF Brandon Roy:

http://www.oregonlive.com/sports/ore...en_blazer.html

Pretty douchebaggy if you ask me. I would rather he say he is a muslim and that America is evil. I really hope he has a better reason than "I need a moment" because he always seemed cool and stuff.

lol at caring about that, particularly as some form of leadership. it's irrelevant

Don't see how this is douchebaggy at all. He does it for personal reasons. He said he'd stop if it really bothered people.

What's the big deal? Who gives a ****?

But not shocking you think it's 'douchebaggy' I guess

I guess now Rip/Tay just never getting better and Gordon ****ing up his ankle I have to root for the worst record possible for my Pistons in hopes of getting the best draft pick possible.

What's this years draft class looking like compared to last years?

Some crappy games on tonight. OKC/Milwaukee should be fun. I'm still torn on what I'm going to watch at 7.

Wow...amazing summary/insight. Immediately subscribed to this blog. As great as the entire writeup was, I think the last paragraph hit me the hardest. Def. not something I have thought about yet.

I Brandon Roy story reminds me a lot Chris Jackson fifteen years ago. Times have changed, because his actions contributed in great part to him being ran out of the league, imo.

I have a feeling he'll stop doing it soon, but his reason and his action are far from douchebaggery.

my thoughts exactly...

one little thing I notice the Celts do very well is...when someone is wide open and is in the process of taking a shot, they dont have one guy run over at him to throw a hand in his face (because he wont make it in time anyway)...they actually get ready for a rebound (positionally). Raps dont do that, ever. They send out a guy to uselessly put his hand up and run towards a player that is shooting from 15 feet away.

cut your losses! and get ready to rebound!
