ben wallace said he credits the cleveland training staff for getting him healthy and in better shape over the summer.

he said he stopped lifting heavy weights and went with smaller weights. thoughts on this kidcolin?

idk i think howard has done a pretty good job of passing out of traffic in this game. you want him taking more shots obv, but his game is not so refined that you want him forcing shots even when he has position

I don't want him taking more shots. I'd rather have J.J. Redick and Ryan Anderson taking shots than Dwight. If he wants to dunk it and score open layups that's cool with me. I don't want him taking any running hookshots or turnarounds.

EDIT: Obv this just shows how valuable Dwight is at helping them get open looks though

I'm just not seeing it. She's smoking hot, but really doesn't have that sick of a body. Serena's ass is so much better than anything about Sharapova.

I don't really know why you want him taking so many shots. His post game is not good.

They have such good shooters on their team, it's really not a problem if he doesn't score. Obviously VC shouldn't be jacking up 25 stupid shots a game, but they could win a championship with the rest of their guys doing the majority of the scoring. Dwight is that good on defense.

There is absolutely no way that Serena weighs 150 pounds right now, or any time recently. That's completely ridiculous. I would bet my entire net worth on it, and I never do prop bets.

I dated a volleyball player in college. She was 5'9, and really strong for a girl, but also in really good shape. She weighed > 150 pounds. Serena would look like a whale next to her.

I mean ****, a skinny 5'9 girl weighs like 125-130. Serena is built huge, and is really strong. She's basically built like a guy, so a lot of that stuff about bones weighing less doesn't even apply.
