They have the best organization top-to-bottom in the league, the best coach in the league, the best 2-way player in the league entering his prime, one of the very best scouting department in the league, and veteran free agents line up every offeason to play for them, because they're not dumb and they can see what everybody else sees.

Also, injuries happen, trades happen. If you think you know what's gonna happen even 2 years from now, I don't know what to tell you.

I hated the LMA signing but Spurs shouldn't get rid of him now since he was actually a decent rim protector this season and the only other big who can protect the rim is a foulbox.

I think Celts roll. We got 144 minutes of them killing Chicago at this point, the Bulls best stretch was the Canaan curveball in game 4.

One team is shooting open 3's and the other is shooting contested 17 footers.

Think Utah rolls too, Clipps just at too much of a talent deficit. But their offense is shaky enough and CP is great enough that he can steal one. Utah also missed a ton of open 3's in game 5 that I think they get again.


Wiz/Hawks....Probably just comes down to if Kief can stay on the court or not. I definitely underrated how tough of a matchup Millsap was gonna be for him. And then how much more Jason Smith would have to play, who is totally helpless.

I'm pretty nervous about this series, this is probably the worst Spurs team I've seen since 2011, but Houston has terrible defenders as well* and has no one who can efficiently guard Kawhi. I hope the Spurs manage to defend the pick and roll 2 on 2 like they like to. We need a big defensive series from LMA.

It's too bad that Dedmon is in Pop's doghouse.

I also hope Kawhi posts Harden a lot on switches. Harden is not a bad post defender but gotta tire him up. Then he might start defending like a clown.
