I'm strongly of the preference that there should be no limit(in other words, 20+ years). We just did 5 in the NFL draft, and although the draft overall turned out great I really didn't like the fact that the 5 year rule made someone like Philip Rivers as or more valuable than someone like Kaepernick or RG3. I think that if you're trying to simulate a true "dynasty" draft then just don't cap the years.
