LOL @ people making a big deal about that 50/50 call where Rondo went to the hole, and Wade kinda sorta touched his face a little. LeBron got hit harder than that 3 different times on the play that ended up being called a jump ball just before that. Every now and then, the officials legitimately screw up big time, and the officiating deserves to be the story, but tonight was not one of those nights. This was all about Wade and Bron coming up clutch down the stretch to overpower an incredible performance from Rondo.

This was the Cs mindset going into the game:

Rajon Rondo seethed, and said simply: "Nothing dirty, but they have to hit the deck too."

They were unhappy that they didn't commit enough fouls in game 1.

the nba is the only sport where i get frustrated enough by games even when i have no rooting interest that i just stop watching for series at a time. every facet of the league is just utter bull**** that after a while no amount of sick basketball can outweigh my disgust at how heavily the game is shifted by sheer incompetence.

whether or not it's rigged, meh, i mean it probably isn't, but i'm more willing to accept the nba is rigged than i am any other sport (in part because of the ****head commish, in part because games have already been rigged before), but really that isn't the point. there is such consistently gross incompetence and favoritism that it's actually a surprise when games are officiated fairly

1 almost universally says "no big deal; officiating wasn't biased; outcome wasn't influenced."

Both 2 and 3 almost universally say "BS; rigged; sickening; might consider boycotting NBA"
