I wish I had a good retort for this but I don't. Unless CB is back and very close if not 100% the finals are probably going to be a joke. With him back at 100% I make the Heat even money.

This is silly. He can play for a few more years if he's healthy. Right now he's nowhere close to being healthy. The question is can he be so ineffective in this series that Doc will actually bench him? It should've happened vs. Philly but he was too stubborn/loyoal to do it (partly because there's no one good to take his minutes with Bradley out, but still...he was useless in the last series until he hit a couple 3s late in game 7 when Philly wasn't daring him to shoot).

Maybe Celtics fans are just realists. If we were crowing about how the Heat were overrated and Boston was underrated, and that Boston was a legit contender, you'd be blasting our bravado, naivete, and myopia. NO ONE in the media is picking Boston to win this series. They're underdogs in every sense of the word. Personally, I'm hoping for the best and will root for the Celtics all the way, but they've already surpassed my expectations for the team this year. For the Heat, anything less than a title should be a disappointment with all the hype they've received since inaugurating their own Big 3 era to eclipse Boston's.
