I’ll take it. I’m 99% sure Clips have never been #1 at the break ever

Haven’t wanted to jinx it, but I was completely wrong (for now) about Harden. Of course we saw that last year for half a season too. It’s weird watching this team and having this feeling like the other shoe is about to drop at any second.

They’re also pretty meh at D still and just dominating offensively. Like their chances against any west team except Denver.

Yea really high on Clippers if they can stay healthy. A big part of what should make both Kawhi and PG so valuable is how well their skill sets mesh with another star. Elite defenders, good 3pt spacers, don't really dribble the air out of the ball, etc. Was always probably a bit of a waste if this value having them paired and *not* part of a "big 3". Could not really pick two better teammates to surround Harden. RWB embracing the bench role has him a slight positive too.

Health and just how far off their career peaks the three of them actually are when it comes to trying find that extra gear in playoffs will be interesting to watch

NBA LPass has been knocking me off from viewing a game so I have to click "Live Game" a number of times this past week. Pretty annoying as it was previously working very well this season.

yeah I gotta take a long hard look at the futures markets for the west

i havent watched LAC too much this year (i did see them dismantle boston a few weeks back) but i dunno about all this Clipps are back stuff

I mean ****...Russ, Harden, Pandemic PG are all involved prominently? These guys had WIL for days in their primes and now all of a sudden this is the year? As Herm Edwards once said "This whole conversation bothers me...."
