edit: not as well as they defend other teams anyway
True.

Great start. 29 1st quater points is almost too good to be true for this offence. Some decent leeway before
the inevitable great drought is always needed.

Bad news is that Duncan isn't suddenly moving very well as far as I can tell. What are other people's impression?

Don't worry Dallas fans. JJ Super Midget Barea entered the game.

Nice 2 on 1.

Such a garbage pass by Howard.

I didn't care at all who wins this series until I was reminded that Dallas has JJ Barea. I have an inexplicable hatred for that little man.

Hubie: "Barea's the one who makes it all happen."

Really? Wouldn't have expected that. Is ATL really that much fun?
Atlanta has a large affluent black population relative to a lot of cities, I'm not surprised that it has a scene NBA players would love.

Nowitzki's a good rebounder when Bowen flops away for no reason and then the ball comes to him.
04-18-2009 , 08:45 PM
Wow Mavs D is soooooooooooooooooooooooo bad.

Blazers are pretty clearly better imo.

Gooden is even owning us. **** my team. Playing like ass and not getting anything to go our way is nice.
04-18-2009 , 08:53 PM
Dallas is gonna get woodshedded if they keep playing such ****ty defense and Dirk stays in foul trouble
04-18-2009 , 08:53 PM
Being mediocre in the NBA must suck. You can't get good because you can't trade (cap rules) and you can't draft (not high enough). Poor Dallas fans.
04-18-2009 , 08:54 PM
I'd cut the tip of my left little finger off to have Devin back.
04-18-2009 , 08:55 PM
OH YOU CAN TRADE AMIRITE

Actually that's just a completely ignorant statement re: 'can't trade'
04-18-2009 , 08:55 PM
Get this to five by the half and I'm ****ing thrilled.
04-18-2009 , 08:56 PM
Hell, I'd cut off Cardo's whole hand to get Devin back.
04-18-2009 , 08:56 PM
I swear one of these days one of the NBA Cares ads is going to be something like "Jason Terry flashed a piece sign at some kids out of his Escalade's window as he drove out of the players' lot"

Well most teams in the league are in that position. Really have to seriously suck when the franchise players come through the draft or your peak is probably conference finals.
