I'm not sold on his pass blocking. His run blocking will always be meh, he is in the mold of Matt Light, Marcus McNeil that they give up size for speed to handle the speed rushes. Players that do that will likely not run block well. Thats why Ogden, Roaf, Boselli, Larry Allen, Munoz, ect. are the best ever that they could do both at such an elite level.

I always thought Faneca should be at RG but I guess they try to balance that OL out(or maybe he is more comfortable with his left hand on the ground). I'm gonna put Ferg out of the Gallery talk, mostly because he still has the good speed, arm length, footwork to stay at the position, but he could be a potential interior player for the future. He has to improve. If he touches the 7.5 sacks that he is projecting to be at someone has to consider where he is in the teams future.

Question on the Dolphins secondary. They have addressed that secondary correct? Its just that its very young and the people that are in the starting lineup are just stop-gaps until those young guys come. They need to address the rush the QB position on defense. I think they went to the 3-4 only last season and that transition is still going on. They are still in rebuilding mode and are definitely an ascending team that is trying to find players in important positions.

4.2 yards per attempt is decent, but its really good when I don't think they had a run of more than 13 or 14 yards to inflate the average

Its called getting older and I'm sure the Dolphins knew this when they got him. He was a stop-gap player to hold the position until they find a player that can get to the QB that is young. The team won 1 game 2 years ago. This roster is different but there is still a lot of change to happen before they are a truly good team. They are ascending, like I said, but no doubt in my mind they are still rebuilding.

eh, cameron wake and jason taylor had like 6 sacks (against buffalo i know) when porter was out. he is not good.

They need to get Philip Merling and Cameron Wake on the field to rush the QB on 3rd down situations as those guys are pretty good, Wake is a total beast. Problem is Joey Porter and Jason Taylor play Wake's position and Wake is not good vs the run like those guys are
