Correct. I think we both understood your explanation of this specific instance, but were more responding in a general manner to Karak's (?) question of "how does that happen."

I wish they could flex the teams with the best records into the Sunday and Monday night slots. Obviously I know this isn't possible but I can dream

You don't need the best records for the best game, but flex for Sunday needs to loosen up. They are only allowed to do 2 games between week 5 and week 10.


On the plus side, all the SNF games starting next week until week 10 look really solid. Week 11 all around looks like it could be the worst week of all time.
