Probably intentional. Testing has to be way more likely on a Sunday morning if they're looking for recreationals.

His people had to know he likes to hit the plate and I'm amazed they couldn't keep him clean only a month out. I understand having one last party before you go full fight-mode, but only a month?

nah, this is rose-colored glasses. Jon won 1/4/5 pretty definitively. DC won 2 definitively and round 3 was very close.

Cormier put up a good fight, his cardio just wasn't there. First three rounds were nearly a dead-even draw to me as a whole. If his cardio was better and 4/5 looked the same as 2/3, he could have won.

Not that you implied otherwise, but it's obviously contingent on how the fight went. Close fights get a rematch (JBJ/Gus), blowouts don't (TJ/Barao)

If it's a controversial decision ala Machida vs Shogun then I'm ok with it but I just hate rematches all together. I'm sure I'm in the minority but I would just prefer to always see another fighter get a shot first
