The thing that tilts me most about Giovinco leaving is how many media types and Twitter guys were spouting the club propaganda and badmouthing Giovinco on the way out.

Nobody can tell me why NYCFC was able to pay David Villa 6 mill per year in his mid to late 30's but TFC would be crippled paying Giovinco 7 mill from age 32-35.

Once you make a player a DP it's all just owner money. Getting "value" by trying to make Giovinco take 3 mill only matters if you're going to go pay 10 mill to someone else (and they're not).

I'm not going to go as far as saying that MLSE is becoming cheapskates now because maybe they'll try and copy Atlanta and spend a lot on transfer fees for younger players but rest assured they are all on notice ..... the amount of inflation on season tickets the past 3 years was insane and that **** won't fly here if we see them taking the cheap way out

Just watched the highlights. If Enner wasn't on the take then it must have been the worst match of his career. Tigres had a 2v1 and 3v1 within minutes and had nothing to show for either.

None are as bad as the miss by Saprissa at 5:08 though. Seems almost impossible to miss the net there.
