I was thinking earlier that one of our fullbacks was a disgrace to the #2 and that the other was Graham Zusi, but that we actually looked on the front-foot mostly, and that was an alien feeling

Probably going to the Besiktas match next week and was interested in checking out Canadian/former MLSer Cyle Larin, but tonight he got subbed in late and then 10 minutes later picked up a BS red card. So now he'll be suspended, sigh

Yes sir, was planning on a year in Istanbul as it's a really cool city, but I think residency might fall through, and if does then I'll probably spend a year going through the Balkan countries instead.

I'm hoping to check out a few matches for the more storied clubs along the way. I'd for sure like to check out Red Star Belgrade, but I'm kinda clueless as to other clubs that would have really cool home atmospheres (Dinamo Zagreb? Steaua Bucharest? Cluj?)

It would also be cool to end up in Serbia or Croatia during the World Cup to see how crazy it gets during their matches.

Chich's goals are usually lol, but his movement in the box is incredible, so I guess credit for him for always seeming to be in a great spot. He's been the #1 goalscorer per 90 in the league since the start of last year. Which is nuts when you also consider that he doesn't take penalties often (only has 1 penalty goal).

oh I'm not knocking chicharito's style, no doubt he has an uncanny nose for the net. And not just in MLS. He scored goals in the exact same fashion when he played at Manchester United for SAF.
