What an embarrassing inning for the Pirates. Polanco hits it off of the top of the wall in center, completely dogs it all the way to first, ends up with a double instead of a triple. Then he gets picked off of third on a WALK because Yadi throw behind him. The next batter is Gerritt Cole, who grounds to third. Gyorko sails the through pulling Carpenter way off the bag, but don't worry! Cole is barely jogging to first and Carpenter has plenty of time to catch it way off and casually walk back to the bag.

You're bad and should feel bad Pittsburgh.

posting a stat like that with no context about how long the game is what I was referring to as lol. of course the game went extras. was I to assume it takes 21 innings to get up that many times?? 9 ABs could easily happen in say 18 innings or less. I wasn't trying to make it look any better for him

on that topic tho whats worse? back to back 4 strikeout games or 1 8 strikeout game? dude had to be mentally done after 4 KOs
