On a possible home run, if one umpire calls home run and other umpire calls ball in play, which takes precedence?

(Edit - the ball has bounced back into the field and was played by the outfielder)

You should've seen what this ****** fan just did in the Buccos game. Lucroy hits a looper down the 3rd base line.... ball's fair, but Lucroy's kind of hanging out near the batter's box. Some stillborn in the crowd reaches over the fence and grabs the ball. Guy's awarded second base and b/c of that, now the Brewers have a 1-0 lead.

Umpires ejected the pitcher for having a bat thrown at him. Seems legit.

I realize that it's probably for pitching inside, but they let him throw another pitch and then decided that if the hitter is really mad then maybe they should rethink the inside pitch.

(Disclaimer that I only saw the snippet from MLB.com so I could be missing context.)
