Im so stoked for next 3 days! I am debating whether I think Wednesday would be more enjoyable on acid or not. I see the game in a different way while tripping. Instead of it being a tv show, I really appreciate the physical skill and work that goes into each pitch and play at that level. Like each pitch is an intense battle working the count.

My hesitancy is I think seeing the Sox swept away would harsh my trip up.

I do enjoy the idea of non-stop full days of meaningful* baseball. Someone fire up general WC round thread instead of indivdual games thread for the 3 games series, but what do I know maybe some posters will file in live posting that Pads Cards series.

Astros Twins O/U is 7.5. Hammer the over y'all. The wind will be 10-15mph from WSW which is out to left and center The Astros bullpen isn't reliable, Cranky may melt down, Astros lineup seems to have been swing hotter bats recently.

Disclaimer: I know very little about the Twins, except they play well at home and can score some runs.

also I see ABC is broadcasting a few games. When was the last time ABC broadcast a MLB game? The 1989 World Series?

I don't have cable so I'm all for a 1pm central ABC game on a Tuesday. Maybe soap operas aren't filming new episodes, so "why not" is there reasoning.

I took the Indians at +1500. If they get by the Yankees, which they will, they are in the WS. Rays/Blue Jays aren't beating them. Pitching is too good, they just need to figure out a way to scratch out some runs.
