Marlins ml today was probably the greatest lock in the history of sports. Sigh. How did I miss this.

none of them deserve to get in, they all blow. cancel the NL wild card this year. cubs get a bye, 2 & 3 play each other.

I would have thought the opposite actually, but I didn't even consider it until it was 5-0 in the 3rd. Glad I didn't think about it earlier.

Barry bonds sure liked Jose and it was very cool to see him show affection towards Jose as the season wore on considering how many thought BB as to cool to show emotion.

YESSSSSSSS. So sweet to win the division in Detroit. Undefeated in their park in 2016.

The mets are in a playoff race. Find it unlikely it was grooved. Was a 2-0 count and Gordon just happened to get a good pitch.

Watched the highlight while on the toilet. Literally the first time I've cried while going poop.

I'm not a religious person but if you asked me last week what kind of crazy coincidence might make me reevalate that opinon, Dee Gordon hitting his first home run of the season in the first Marlin at bat after the death of Jose Fernandez, would be pretty high on the list. Not ashamed to admit it brought me to tears

And in the upper deck. Said it's the furthest ball he's ever hit, BP included.

He now has nine CAREER home runs. One home run every 239.2 at-bats.

feel bad about the situation and all, but if my team ever grooves a fastball purposely out of sympathy, i'm stealing things on my last exit from the park ever.
