I think Floyd clearly won 8, Manny clearly won 2, and there were 2 rounds that were roughly 50/50.

Boxing would be better if they just fought until someone gets the KO

I should stress Manny did as good against Floyd as anyone, both in the eye test and the scoring. The other fighters mentioned just had styles that made the fight more interesting. They didn't necessarily do any better.

I'm not a boxing fan. I watched the fight but it was...okay I guess. Why has this become the cultural zeitgeist of the moment? Why did Mayweather make $200 million? I've never really even heard of either him or Pacquiao until about a week or two ago and then I've heard nothing but stuff about this boxing match. I didn't even know boxing was a thing anymore. I thought MMA killed it.

Corruption or gross incompetence are the only possibilities. Bradley's face when he gets announced as the winner was priceless. I also seem to recall his in ring interview answer to "did you think you won this fight?" as something along the lines of a vague, "I'll have to watch the replay." Bradley was as shocked as anyone.

9-3 May sounds just about right. Laid on May via SD so was holding out hope for one loljudge but alas they were all sensical tonight. Fight was pretty back and forth through round 4-5 then May made adjustments and just went on cruise control. Only reason I went SD to begin with was figured it would set up some controversy and thus a more enticing rematch.

Never ever really thought May would lose. There are a few fighters today that could give him a run but Manny isn't one of them.

hardcore boxing fans..anyone out there right now that has a chance against Floyd?

they engage mentally and hit each other. Boxin' is about respect. Gettin' it for yourself, and takin' it from the other guy.

Floyd could do a catchweight at like 150 with GGG. GGG looks pretty damn small at 154 so maybe he could even make 147 straight up. But again, Floyd wants none of that. I guarantee it.

What I don't get is Floyd is supposedly a goat defender and yet Manny is afraid to get within 3 feet of him. Why not just crowd him and throw punches instead of letting him run all night? I haven't watched boxing in years though so wtf do I know. Lol boxing.

That's how boxing started. In the original Olympics fights went until somebody was incapacitated or they quit, they would sometimes last hours on end and people frequently died.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ancient Greek boxing

They also fought naked because it was Ancient Greece and everything had to be really gay.

watch the Hatton-Mayweather fight and see what happens to a smaller fighter who just crowds Mayweather all night. And Hatton is a guy who his fighting style was crowding and working inside and he was very good at it. That is not Manny's fighting style.

Manny lunges in, hits you with some combos, and gets out. The only problem is he never really was able to do the hitting part tonight.

Floyd is probably unbeatable.

That being said...I think maybe Amir Khan has the best chance of making him fight, as opposed to box, and therefore giving us a show.
