Good idea. Brown should coach the defense.

Only Kobe could score 42 points yet only have 2 assists. Nice passing bro

Here is a good stat for you guys as well. The Lakers are absolute trash without Phil Jackson or Pat Riley

I am as big a lakers hater as the next guy but his teammates need to make field goals in order for him to have assists.

They have 2 time all-star Antwan Jamison though

No way man, the rest of the team was hitting shots. Kobe just didn't pass them the ball enough.

Kobe: 16-28
Rest of the team: 15-47

According to the THAY3R theorem all he needed was 3 more assists and the Lakers would have won. Maybe try passing the ball next time, if Kome knows what that word actually means.

It is so absurd that Phil was willing to do it at all, not hiring him is among the stupidest decisions in the history of stupid entitled petty nepotistic asshattery.

Longtime Laker fan who wants them to lose so they can regret not hiring Phil Jackson.

9-13

12th in the WC, 9 games out of 1st, 3.5 games ahead of last

wanna talk about injuries - how many games have the TWolves top 8 players missed this year compared to the Lakers top 8?

7 of the Wolves top 8 have missed games. In fact they've cumulatively missed 67 out of a potential 133 player games so far (50.4% of their top 7). And the other guy in their top 8 is playing with a herniated disc in his back. And they're 10 - 9 and not supposed to be as good as the lolakers.

Nash (who's almost 39) has missed 20/22, Gasol has missed 5/22 and Blake (who shouldnt even count because he isnt good) has missed 15/22. That's 40/154 - (26% counting Blake). lol at injuries being their problem.

Great decision hiring D'Antoni

FWIW, there were some stretches where the Suns looked terrible under D'Antoni. The first was in '05, they started 31-4 and lost 5-6 straight after Nash got hurt. They also started 06-07 completely out of sync, with Nash.

What I'm getting at is, it's wouldn't be weird to see them go from bad to great almost over night in this system. I don't know how well he can do with Dwight and Pau on the court at the same time though.

They do this at Italian football clubs and with Kobe being such a big fan of all things Italian I am sure he would embrace it.
