fwiw i'm pretty sure correct scoring is 1 pt per win for these drafts

when you escalate the scoring for teams that go deep it pretty much means whoever drafts the ship winner wins

i am okay to get on w/ fund collection once we agree on this point

im ok with 1 point per and other scoring types, never done one like that before

it could be virtually over by the end of round 1 tho

I still like 4-5-7-8-10-11. Its not 1-1-1-1-1-1 flat and won't have a massive edge to the points leader at the ends of the first weekend, but its flat enough that the winner isn't only beaten when someone else has like 4 elite 8 teams and 2-3 final 4 teams.

i'm pretty sure we did a bunch of those last year. i know i did at least one with you.

if you want to escalate scoring you need to multiply by seed i'm fairly certain.

picking a 12 seed that goes s16 still means dick with this scoring

less than the difference between picking runner up and ship team

multiplying by seed is bad bc then GOAT COAST would basically only be beat by a team with Louisville and Witchita St. in a year like last year.

I would prefer 1 point per win scoring system. Makes the back end of the draft a lot more interesting imo.
