I don't get how these guys are considered actually good at their jobs. I'm not even sure what special pocket instincts are but anytime Winston has been faced with pressure in his face this year he tends to back pedal and throw off his back foot. Athleticism? Anytime I've seen the guy tuck and run he looks extremely slow and the NFL is a game that is played at a ridiculous speed. Manziel looks slow against the elite, what is Winston going to look like? Winston's red flags are off the field I'll give McShay that but are they honestly going to ignore his high volume of interceptions this year where he made bad read after bad read, bad decision after bad decision and his mechanics broke down entirely?
