Then Cameroon score at the beginning of the second half and it's ruled out for a very close offside.

With offsides, maybe they need to change the rules so that the entire body needs to be in an offsides position, not just a toe or fingernail. It's absurd and against the spirit of the game. Who wants soccer to turn into the NFL?

With the silly retakes of PKs, the old system worked fine. If you're going to enforce this, then at least ban the stutter step. Players convert 80% of PKs...I think everyone was happy with that ratio.

An arbitrary panel in London or Switzerland should be making the calls...not the referee.
