why couldnt it have been someone from the ESPN crew???

they most likely would have been staying in the same hotels, know her habits, have technical knowledge of camera equipment, ect...

I didn't even think of this. Someone from ESPN could have also easily been staying in a room adjacent hers, as they very well might rent blocks of rooms for their crews.

The odds if being some random guy are pretty slim imo. It had to be someone who specifically knew she was there (hotel employee or ESPN crew)

Seriously what is the point of that, its not like the people who saw that EA video were like "Oh well that sucks for her but luckily in order to get images like that you would need to coordinate a dozen satellites in geosynchronous orbit, and the walls would have to have been originally built with well concealed next-gen synthetic proprietary mesh, technology that only a handful of governments around the world have....so I'm probably ok.
