Hmm let me rephrase that. He won't make a problem of the financial stuff. The main problem is that only wants to join the real top clubs and doesn't seem too be very interested in the 2nd tier clubs. Whether Spurs and 'Pool are 'big enough' for him is up to his own judgment, hard to guess what that guy is thinking

He isn't good enough for the Barca's and Real Madrid's of this world anyway so he should just join Tottenham is he wants to make the next step.

Well, that was depressingly predictable. Good to see Mc1 put in his place in IDKTS though.

What about the Arsenal-Barca-tie. Spurs, United, Chelsea supporters, do they root for Barca or Arsenal? What about a random British Everton/Stoke supporter etc.?
I'm for sure supporting arsenal, purely because the amount of barca homers around since the game vs madrid has been unbearable, bandwagon hoppers like zeestein etc who think they're completely unbeatable even though they play in a glorified EPL.

Hardgrove - I'd root for pretty much anyone against Arsenal, apart from maybe Millwall. And I'd root for pretty much any team playing against an English side in Europe.

BTW, does anyone know what that absolute thunder**** Dominic Mohan was doing at West Ham today? He really isn't someone that the club should be associated with.

wiki tells me he's an Arsenal fan of sorts

Really? He does an awesome West Country accent. Either way, he's still a ****.

well by 'of sorts' i mean that:

He has a passion for football, splitting his loyalties between Arsenal and Bristol City

I was aware of that, but he is an absolute wanker, we have enough of those around the place already. Don't get me started on Karen's column.

true story - i thought she spelt her name with one 'r'

anyone fancy a pint? no? ok then.
01-15-2011 , 04:48 PM
Yes, but it's your round, obv.
01-15-2011 , 04:49 PM
Well when your club is being run by tossers like Sullivan and Gold with the help of a bitch like Brady then I think being associated with wankers is part of the package.

And I like West Ham! But if they add MON to that mix I will be forced to hope they go down.

he wouldn't need to be all that magical to produce something superior to GOAT, almost any MF from your youths/reserves should cover it.

He is from our reserves. If you can think of one that's better, name names. "Anyone" isn't a satisfactory answer.

Doesnt John Moncur have a kid in the reserves? West Ham could use another John Moncur. Also if Dyer magically gets fit aswell he'll be like a new signing....

Serious question: Is Collison fit yet? Always liked him and Parker/Noble/Collison would be a pretty sweet midfield imo

really flat London Derby today without Parker and Noble leaving early. I thought West Ham would show up but it was a pretty one sided boring game.

Although I have to say I've enjoyed watching our talentless brainless winger playing well yet again for like the fourth game in a row. Somehow he must have luck boxed the assist and goal today though.

Hansen saying Dzeko is slow and might struggle with the pace, anyone confirm?
01-15-2011 , 06:52 PM
lolHansen, Dzeko looked just fine today linking play together.

see Yaya's goal and decide whether you think he is slow or not.
