Going into "defensive" mode and making "defensive" substitution when not A SINGLE arsenal player can defend for **** was ******ed.

I'm going to post anything/everything that comes to mind... because i'm on tilt and posting >>>> dropping like 10BI

I am happy for Tottenham. Have to admit I have a soft spot for them.

THIS IS WHY BENTLEY MOVED TO A MASSIVE CLUB, WHERE TIES AGAINST A TOP FOUR TEAM ARE CONSIDERED WINS. F HIM IN THE A.
10-29-2008 , 07:18 PM
hahahahahahahaha
10-29-2008 , 07:19 PM
Lets leave out the part that they were down 2 goals with 1 minute left in regular time, that they were away, and that it was against our biggest rival. Oh yea, and the fans were on him for the entire match. What a twat for being happy with the result!

You are drastically underestimating how important it was to get a point there. Not to mention how he was being treated for the entire game.

How does that make him a douche? They scored two goals in the last five minutes to secure a point away against their biggest rivals, and he is a douche for being happy about it? That might be the weirdest thing I have ever read.

Not to mention he was left off the squad by Ramos a week ago and the club had 2 points. He has every right to celebrate and be happy.

Agreed. I think its time to just ship Gallas out. Its a captain's responsibility to keep the team focused and in line. In addition to his fading ability, Gallas does not seem to carry the intangibles to lead the team. This has been going on for some time now dating back to last season and it is clear it will not be corrected.

Also, Song had an unfortunate "performance" in his five minutes on the pitch.

Huge setback for the team. I think this may cut a hole right through 'em.

How in the world is Gallas still your captain?
10-29-2008 , 07:59 PM
Intresting games today, good news Liverpool won but In all honesty after today I realized it will be hard to keep up because Chelsea has just amazing this season, if Chelsea dont pick up injuries we are ****ed.

It really is beyond me. I thought he turned the corner early this season, but he's just not up to it. I don't think its Wenger's way, but maybe he should strip him of it on the spot, make him a scapegoat to rally the team. Its not like the guy has distinguished himself as an Arsenal legend (well, he's sort of doing that in reverse).

Make Fabregas the captain, focus on staying in the top 4. That seems about all this year's side can muster.

if by injuries you mean a precise hit by a medium sized nuke on the chelsea training ground, then yes, a few injuries would indeed help.

however it is bad form, not to mention tempting fate, to wish injuries on your rivals.

stripping gallas of the captaincy midseason is a very bad idea and will never happen. you are stuck with him til next year.

Yes, this is exactly as disappointing as a loss in the Champions League Final.

You would rather have Chelsea fit the entire league?

Yeah, it's actually probably more like this game:

But even that was probably bigger, considering the point of the season in which it happened.
