Good thing Arsenal win the marginal calls in the games they win 5-0 and 3+ xG, not the ones in close games. That isn't an issue at all!

The Palace non red vs Saka being still the most egregious one of the year.
A number of pen calls on Lacazette as well, but like Silva, he does go down easy.

I do think both angles should have been shown to the ref though.

There is one angle that shows the intentional fall in a worse light, and one that shows the shirt pull in a worse light.

To only show the second image in the review is basically spoon feeding the ref a narrative of the event, show them all the angles and let them then decide.

I still think the pen is given, but at least you can know its on a fair review and not just VAR shoving it down the refs throat.

No. This is what the rules are. There is no reason to pull anyone's shirt other than to foul them that I can think of. If penalties are awarded whenever this happens in the box then it stops happening.

To just grab a shirt isn't a foul. To use a pull/grab to impede a player from playing the ball is. Now, what % falls into each bucket is very open to interpretation. But really disagree with Hoopie here, even if more shirt pulls should be punished.
