Just put on a Brazilian league game before bed. It featured Diego Costa and Hulk v Luis Gustavo and....JO!

Diego Costa was a men against boys too. He's the weirdest player. Seems slow and meh but can just boss a match and always popped up with goals in Europe despite never really terrifying me the way someone like Drogba or Aguero did

That was the first PL game under Rangnick I've watched and it was all very Ole-Ralf spiderman pointing at himself.jpg.

That setup is never going to work with those two headless chickens in the middle and Ronny the passenger up front. Taking Bruno out of the game by shunting him out left is just plain bad. Rashford on the right also never works, it's baffling how he even gets picked on this season's form.

Would have snapcalled Utd to build on last year and finish way above us/Spurs and challenge for serious trophies this year - yes I thought they will be a bit scary this year with Sancho/Ronnie/Rashford with Greenwood coming in as a hot-hot prospect. Defense added Varane - the only brainfarting move was that they did not care too much about midfield which is superweird considering who is there...

The leapfrogging can still happen mind you, but they look to be reliant on Fred producing miracles on a consistent basis.

Not watching but stats suggest you have dominated the game, they happened to have scored their only chance. Haven't seen a team look good off a covid break yet, not sure the lack of training/action is a particular advantage.
