Yeah and around Wrigley all the street parking is LV2 permit only during night games (I live in that zone though we have offstreet parking, so we have an LV2 permit). Even Soldier Field has a bunch of parking.
The Cubs do at least put on park and ride schemes, and a bunch of bars do shuttles, but also Wrigley is actually well served by public transport, Clark/Addison buses (which you can get from Addison blue line/close to Clybourn metra), Addison red line, etc.
Talking of which - first game of the season next week for me.
