It was based on Clayton's previous post on that Auba barely scores against the bigger teams, just pointing out you can say the same for Messi last two seasons.

What abysmal said. It's hard to score against good teams and easy against bad teams, eg: Vardy's golden boot last season

I think Auba scored against Chelsea, city, pool and United last year. He's not somebody who does all the work himself, he's reliant on good teammates. He looked like **** with Willian and Pepe, good with Lacazette and Saka.

willian being butt cheeks really killed their season. on the other hand, it opened up more opportunities for saka and smith-rowe which is probably good for them long term. it's kinda like chelsea last year before they spent a trillion dollars.

not sure if mentioned here (i've been afk for stretches) but chelsea is trying to get haaland. curious what this means for timo. he is clearly not fitting in the chelsea system but he hasn't had enough run as the #9 next to pulisic and ziyech. i'm not even sure that could work though, chelsea doesn't sit back enough to let him make counter attacking runs with pulisic and he's not asserting himself with the big bodied center backs and he has zero confidence. he is clearly not worth the money as a winger.

feels like they are better off going 4/2/3/1 joseball or just puke timo and get the big norwegian.

I think Chelsea will fire fat frank before getting rid of Werner.

I was adamant we should dump Ndombele 6 months ago, and I'm glad I was wrong.

obviously Chelsea need to give Werner another season at least. Would snap him for Spurs.

Sadly Haaland isn't changing hands before 2022 imo

What price would they take though? If he goes for £62m next summer, would they turn down £120m in Jan/Summer? Are they that flush that they can forgo £60m for one more year of him?

Ever since Hoop first posted that Antonio is the greatest living Englishman, I have little to no evidence to the contrary. Smith-Rowe or Saka might overtake eventually given their current trajectory though.

I assume they're letting Sancho leave next year for 100+ and just don't want to lose both

You can a tell a team is really low on confidence when you see player after player reject a through ball for turning back in or back pass.

I had a $100 free bet and originally did Leicester/city/bayern and like one more game for a 12/1 hit but chickened out and took out Leicester then just did $20 with them. Lolme

Haaland please come replace Vardy. London is crowded and smelly, and Leicester has the national space centre!
