Palermo have been sold to a "London-based company" for the price of 10 euros (£8.75), the Italian second division side's owner has announced.

Zamparini, 77, bought Palermo in 2002 and last year stepped down as president.

He made around 45 managerial appointments during his time in charge.
lmao

That is hugely impressive. He must be hiring and firing managers so often that he has no time for anything else.

remember when we grew up in the 90s and every sports fan in britain had to learn about the intricacies of triple jump technique b/c we lost in horrendous fashion at literally everything else

now we got f1 champ, heavyweight champ, semi final of the world cup, british tennis player andy murray won wimbledon twice, cricket and rugby teams aint bad and we keep finishing top 3 in olympics medal tables. what a turnaround. and best of all, the aussies are now **** at everything

not sure who deserves the credit for this. noel gallagher possibly

Heavyweight champ - rest are ****e.
Semi final - lol.
Andy Murray - Scottish.
Cricket - nobody else plays it.
Rugby - lol again.
Olympics - 2nd best losers.

Yep, doing great.

I'm going to have to use the Wenger defence on that one

Pretty sure you can say that every week, heyoooo.

What's rumoured is De Gea; Dalot, Jones, Rojo, Shaw; Matic, Fellaini, Pereira; Mata, Rashford, Martial which would be amazing

There is a betting site doing a promotion of a free 10 pound bet on the next 5 games of the EPL team you (claim) to support.

Who should I support for the next 5 games?

presumably you dont get to keep the free stake if the bet wins, so the +ev play is to take the largest dog so as to minimise the % of returns which would be intl stake returned on a normal bet

Spoiler:
you support bumley

You effectively get to keep the stake as it works via refunding loss. If I bet 10 on X and win nothing, I get the 10 returned to me. If I win I obviously get the stake.
12-01-2018 , 10:11 AM
Just get rid ffs
12-01-2018 , 10:12 AM
ah got it, hm

edit makes no diff, is same thing as free bet where u dont get the stake if u win. you support bumley
12-01-2018 , 10:16 AM
hang on im WRONG
12-01-2018 , 10:22 AM
nah i was RIGHT

bet £10 city @ 1.25, win 80% of the time, potential return is £2.50, EV is .8*2.5 = £2
bet £10 pool @ 1.5, EV is .66*5 = £3.30
bet £10 everton @ 2.0, EV is .5*10 = £5
bet £10 brighton @ 5.0, EV is .2*40 = £8
bet £10 bumley @ 10.0, EV is .1*90 = £9

higher odds better return assuming efficient markt

infinity odds with infinitesimal chance to win = £10 of EV
12-01-2018 , 10:23 AM
You support MU.

Nobody rates them so prices aren't bad and they'll most likely win 4 from next 5.

Or you could go the scientific route and support Burnley (and win **** all lol).

Starting to get a bit annoyed with the Foden stuff at this point. There’s just no reason he can’t start over gund who’s probably worse at literally everything. City lost sancho and will be losing Diaz as they realize they’ll never get meaningful minutes. I wouldn’t be surprised if Foden isn’t far behind

Germans imploding is particularly enjoyable too. Marty being sour about it is the icing on the cake.
12-01-2018 , 10:27 AM
even if gund is better he is

A) not that much better
B) not the future
C) pretty much worst case scenario you'll only beat boounemouth by 3 goals instead of 4
