if Saints are buying a fullback I'd suggest going for a left-sided one as Liverpool aren't likely to need to improve on that position for a few years so they might get to keep him!

So no, I don't think he'd be a fan favourite.
They can’t even do that right.
Harry’s hardly done any.

It sounds like this bunch of Southampton fans are also running the ERG.

I think united have a decent side with good personal. Fullbacks a huge weakness, but a non terrible coach could make something of that team. I only get screwed when he gets fired with like 5-7 games left, which is reasonably likely unfortunately. Protects me vs him getting fired after like 5 more games and a better coach comes in and turns them around.

The ideal clause is only games with him in charge count but doubt cina would take that.

Shaw has been one of their best players this season. It's CB that's the biggest issue imo.

shocked to see arsenal favorites to be honest

I don't know. Tottenham have not impressed me at all this season. Close to coinflip seems reasonable at Emirates unless Kane beastmodes. He looks plenty human this season.

Thing is, he's ~never getting fired in the next 5-7 games but he's very likely to be fired before the end of the season, as soon as we are guaranteed no CL next season.

Have to agree that it is a weird clause. Seems like a get out of jail free card.

Well prob shouldn't be benching Baily.

Lol if you are seriously asking.

RB hasn't been great either. Matic has been terribad as well. What's mind numbing is that the board supposedly felt like Toby and Maguire weren't upgrades over what is here. Getting a rid of 2-3 of the CBs would at least bring in new blood and the hope of something better

Maguire for 70m would have been Carroll for 35m levels of ******ed. Spurs apparently also wanted VvD money for Toby, so it's understandable the money men weren't keen on that either.

Anyone looking at Maguire should just go ahead and buy his replacement Benkovic.

Looks fantastic already, almost VvD fantastic.

are you really saying that Maguire or Toby wouldn't be upgrades on Phil ****ing Jones or Smalling? I would wholeheartedly disagree with that. Sometimes you are backed into a corner and you have to pay the piper. The top brass didn't do that and here we are complaining about a lack of CBs when the team effectively ****s thousands of quid every time they sit down to take a giant ****. /shrug

VNL is obviously good enough. What's wrong with Bailly? He looks so good at times.

Of course they would be upgrades on the Chuckle brothers, where did I say they weren't? I'm just saying you don't pay a near world record fee for Maguire just because he's better than Smalling. You move on to another, more attainable target. Preferably someone better than Harry ****ing Maguire.

Not sure about Lindelöf still, but he's definitely shown some improvement lately. Bailly is just another case of Mourinho losing the keys to his doghouse.

Though, to be fair, Bailly hasn't really been all that great since his first injury. Looked great at the start of his first season until he got injured and hasn't really had a decent run since then. When he has a poor game he tends to really stink up the place.

BREAKING NEWS.

Excited for the NLD, but also fearful. If Spurs come out swinging as they did against Chelsea we might get exposed bigly.

I cannot recall a really bad Spurs result in the league lately which is also a bad omen.

I'd take 2pts from the upcoming 2 games tbh, but hope the sunrun continues and we grab 3-4pts.
