The Nausea of playing West Brom. The Being and Nothingness of the 0-0xG draw. A naked headbutt to the psyche.

Of the mainstream lagers, Becks would be in a higher tier of its own.

It's the league cup that often has a penalty shooutout that goes deep so the keepers have a pop too.

Amazing to think this tin pot trophy used to have 2 legs in all rounds.

Just been looking up some history of the League Cup.
Turns out it wasn't 2 legs in all rounds, only rounds 1, 2 and the semi.
The final also went to replay, like the FA Cup used to.
In the 1977 final, Villa and Everton drew 0-0 at Wembley and 1-1 at Hillsborough 4 days later.
Due to a fixture build up, the 2nd replay at Old Trafford didn't happen for another month. Villa won 3-2 in extra time.

Who was the boy than just let him run past him?

Or the guy that didn't even attempt to foul and just raised his hands?

Pathetic defending.

I rate Amstel as a decent holiday lager to be consumed in hot climates after 11 a.m. instead of water, along with San Miguel.

Bud light and Coors light I will give you are definitely pishier due to their greater similarly to water.
Come now. Bud is not good, but it's clearly a level above our local piss water. Fosters/Carling/Carlsberg are clearly way worse.

Was going to do a philosophy joke but realised I couldn't top this.

I like a good lolplop as much as anyone but I'm not sure this qualifies. The team they put out probably gets relegated.

Pretty innocuous looking penalty for us though.

They should be given more often.

Changed my mind about the extra time lol.

If only the first 80 minutes were as good as the last 10 plus stoppages

It's shoite also. Honestly lads of we did a blind taste test with 20 of these youse wouldn't have a clue after the first 2 pints drunk. Surely we can get a thread experiment done?
