Great time to repost this

Interesting article, although I'm not sure I agree with all of it.

I just told him to tell Pavlyuchenko to ****ing run around a bit.
Harry Redknapp was a pioneer, it was unfair of me to label him a crook and a charlatan when he was clearly ahead of his time.

Well known meme among Spurs fans.

Yeah my isp has blocked putlocker. Good luck trying to block Reddit soccer streams and navixsport. Dont worry lads, it be around 50 years before we'll have to search the dark web for football streams.

Looks like it's time to invest in a good VPN.

Doing all your weights in one session allows for longer recovery times which will aid building muscle and reduce the effect of DOMS on subsequent sessions. Plus, the higher metabolic rate when doing all your weights at once will also provide benefits (burning fat, increased CV functioning).

Having said that, for a casual gym goer who is lifting say 3 times a week, these are fairly trivial concerns.

We are about where we should be due to neutral ev, not been lucky, not been unlucky.

I cant think of a single incident where a bad ref call or outlandish opposition mistake has led to a victory and I cant think of a single game where any such victory would have been underserved. The closest is the Alonso elbow against Arsenal, and we would have beat them whatever.

We have run good with injuries tho.
This is like someone's aces holding 10 times in a row and they don't think they ran well.

Totally irrelevant for a beginner, but like fckr says you should get your intended program checked in H&F. Nothing worse than doing a bad program, seeing no results and then quitting (except international breaks, pet deaths, cashy, share a dives...)

What a load a rubbish, not even on par.

We manage to win those bunch of games that you keep harping on about and we'd be closer if not top according to you. You wouldn't think the same. We'd be running to the course.

This guy is also worth following for general gym advice:

Spurs sign Ben Davies through 2021, and amazingly there was no photo taken of Poch with his arm around him.

Pure bollocks. As a United fan I know all about running hot as the sun whilst also being the best team. Since that's exactly what happened last time we won the league.
03-09-2017 , 06:05 PM
Chelsea running as hot as the sun is pure and utter bitter fan bollox though.

Lots of teams play, during the games if a run hot incident occurs, it is pointed out, remarked on, discussed. Arsenal win over Burnley for example.

There have been almost no such discussions in Chelsea games.

We are running about neutral EV and have arguably the best team, City are shitting the bed via their own doings, Spudz have bad injuries+no depth, Arsenal are Arsenal and Pool and United have too many mediocre players and yes United has a bit of run bad.

The reason for us being 10 points ahead are mostly due to other teams ****ing up rather than us god moding luck wise.

Spot on OAFK.

Hart is getting interviewed on BBC2, getting some difficult questions but handling them great and answering them all honestly. Really refreshing and comes across as a right sound guy.
03-09-2017 , 06:48 PM
City are indeed killing themselves but the idiot ref in the spud game robbed them of two additional points and somehow gve one to them. It is still horseshit

Otherwise oaf is correct
03-09-2017 , 07:00 PM
I wonder how City would be doing now if they'd stuck with Hart hoofing the ball, rather than chucklehead Bravo playing one-twos with Stones.

I was lucky in the Spurs ticket lottery for the game against Bournemouth, scored 4 tickets in Section F. So I will be traveling to the game with my wife and kids (8 & 10). Not soccer related, but where in London would you stay? We be making a trip to Watford to visit Harry Potter for my son, but the other days we will be free. We land on Thursday early and fly back on Monday. It is Easter weekend if that makes a difference.
