I agree about Tripper. Not so sure about him in a back 4, but as a wing back he's very close to Walker.
You do realize that 13 is much much lower than 9 probability wise and that successive home games are easier than home+away+home+away games ?

Man city has 20 consecutive home wins and arsenal has 12 consecutive away wins. Lol 9 home games winning streak

Sanchez will leave in the Summer. I have no doubt about it.

Just enjoy every game he plays for us this season.

Haha. Garth Crooks has Rojo in his team of the week.

He always just sorts by scorepoints, same reason Olsson is in as well

I committed myself to an entire weekend of MLS games this weekend. Think I watched 6 or 7 in close to their entirety. I can confirm your statement is wildly accurate and I have an even greater appreciation for the Premier League and how much of it we are exposed to over here

Was this part of some self-punishment ritual?

Stay out of the thread then for those of us that enjoy it

How many times are you going to repeat yourself? You're more boring than the games this weekend

Such is the demand for our away games at present, Oldham have given us their home end

But this isn't the MLS thread...

Nah really trying to give it a go this year. Ordered the MLS Live package, doing a fantasy league, and making the commitment to watching a full season.

I always hear how much it's improving, how our NT guys should be playing in MLS, etc... so I really want to invest in watching the quality of the league as whole this year. Portland was fun to watch at least. And the games were so so bad, it can only get better from here.

Does it still have the problem of squad, or even team, depth? I watched a half-dozen games or so a few summers ago and most teams seemed to have a few highly paid stars (mostly washed up european players) and a very low level of quality in other positions, especially at the back.

Chelsea get go ahead for new stadia. Looks utterly fantastic.

It's a real shame England didn't get to host the WC to kick start all these stadiums upgrades/renewals.

Not a fan. The plans for the battersea power station far nicer if they won the bid - plus side, at least the location will remain (and name too I hope).

This sounds terrible. Excited for monthly reports.

No chance they build a new stadia and don't get a 10-20 year naming rights sponsorship with it.

London will have; Spurs, whu, Chelsea, arsenal, Wembley and twick all with >60k seats.

Will do my best to provide them. There is an MLS thread but they get really butthurt if you speak poorly of the league or its' quality in anyway. Will really make an effort to give updates during the summer when tblitw is on it's summer break. I do genuinely want to like it, but GW 1 was not a ringing endorsement, whereas GW1 of the Premier League gave us the best game of the season to date:

the west ham stadium looks so boring and bad for watching football in. how long before they can tear down the stands and start over with football in mind?

Is it because your team is struggling in the Championship?

I like seeing Battersea power station on my journey into Waterloo. I wouldn't want to see the Chelsea stadium instead.
Are the luxury apartments keeping the chimneys? I presume they're listed.
