Think there is nothing more infuriating then surfing United fan sites and seeing every wanker in there losing their **** because LvG isn't on the touchline "shouting at the players". He can be criticized for a lot of things, but LOL at that making any sort of difference what so ever.

(probably repost)

still time to sign benteke on a 6 month loan to save the season. Lewandowski is bound to reunite with Klopp anyway I heard (and Gotze and Reus)

Dele Alli new contract for 25k a week.

I can't even.

25k a week for 5 and a half years after the season he's having is grounds for your agent never working again

loooool 25k...Levy GOAT. LOOOOOL ALLI

He is like the reverse Sterling

Alli's previous contract may have been 5k per week and thus 25k per week is a huge improvement on his previous deal.

If he starts getting 15-20 score points per season, then he will be able to negotiate an improved contract.

does Alli's agent have an Ebay seller's account? I could use some cheap designer goods.

I think I saw his previous contract was 20k p/w.

^^ that doesn't quite pass the smell test

Yea Delle Alli knows you just go full Raheem the first good season you have a force a move to City or somewhere for massive wages. Dude was prob on peanuts as HH suggested and was like yea cool I'll take 5x my salary now and then bitch in a year or two for a move to a bigger club
01-12-2016 , 12:23 PM
How long did he have left on his previous contract?
01-12-2016 , 12:30 PM
4 years 6 months.

Not getting 40/50k pw is pretty criminal.

Yea well makes sense to lock in some money while you can knowing that you'll be getting a bump anyway soon enough if you're performing. With 4.5 years left on his contract he doesn't exactly have much leverage going for him

The risk of suffering a serious injury is real and while it's so low that it may be worth taking the risk, good luck telling that to a kid who may have been making very little money and who's being proposed enough money to be settled for life already basically.

Kane is making £35k a week it's not like Spurs have a habit of splashing huge amount of money anyway so asking for £50k after half a season does seem a little bit excessive

The first day of the season, I think.

You are right, they won in Bournemouth (that name makes me think it's like Hull or West Ham there btw) on the first day in early August. 27 managers sacked seems quite high.

Seen on twitter earlier it was against Venkys end of September in the cup.

Only win of the league season came on opening day - as hoopie said - against Bournemouth.

It's pretty much this. Spurs can tactfully just ask him to sit it out for another 4 and a half seasons on £5k a week if he doesn't like it.

His new contract is worth just over £7m, the old one just over £1m, so by signing on the dotted line if he suffers a career ending injury, he'll never have to work again.
