Fwiw I don't mind a high press vs Arsenal especially with no Kos and Cech isn't great with his feet but first 20mins looked like our intention was to let the Arsenal CB's have all the time they wanted then press hard in MF since it's the only explanation as to why they were left completely uncontested.

Rooney has zero idea how to play the 10 position defensively but this is nothing new. Vs Italy you could see Joe Hart screaming at him to pick up Pirlo and vs Barca SAF was shouting "I'm the ****ing manager pick him up" wrt Busquets. Both teams got dominated and lost, he made Cazorla look as good as those 2.

Schweinsteiger was trying to do the job of both Rooney/Memphis and what it even more annoying was Neville in commentary saying "Schweinsteiger keeps vacating that position and Arsenal are finding the space to play around him" whilst completely ignoring it was because Rooney is a ****** and Memphis is quite lazy. The heat map vs Arsenal shows Schweinsteiger's average position as being higher than Rooney, if Rooney had any intelligence whatsoever he should at least cover for Schweinsteiger but no he basically just walks around pointing at people for other players to mark.

The last image cashy's posted there's effectively 6 Utd players (Carrick will do well to get across to cover Ozil's space) taken out of the game from a simple ball played into the DM, brilliant.

Yes, it's very good. Some people need a certain amount of action to enjoy a show and if you're one of those, this show might not be for you. If that's not a hurdle for you, this show has really well written characters which are acted phenomenally well.
