You don't have to make contact for it to be violent conduct.

Anyone got any advice what to do with a £20 free bet? Was thinking over sticking it on the Arsenal Spurs game to have +3.5 goals, anyone think there will be lots of goals?

assuming the free bet isn't returned, you're best off putting it on a longer price shot, 5/1+
