Not wanting to detract from the old school video game chat going on, and obviously not wanting to bring back up how the season ended, but end of season thoughts:

Moments of the season for me were Ericksen's winner against City @ city, then the home atmosphere against Fiorentina which was just ****ing awesome to watch.

Those moments really had me believing we were in for the title, no matter how foolish or fickle it was believing we were going for it for a couple months was pretty ****ing awesome.

In the scheme of things, our team is still really ****ing young. Last season under Poch we pretty much phoned it in after losing the cuppity cup to Chelsea then got drubbed by ManU a couple weeks later for any shot at top 4 and pretty much phoned it in with 9 matches to play. This season we phone it in for 2 matches after drawing Chelsea to lose a shot at the title. I'll take that progress.

Will be an interesting summer to see what we do. This is all through my lilywhite tainted sunglasses of course
