3 months ago, you could have gotten 200/1 odds of them finishing bottom 3..now it is a strong possibility. Have there been any other worse choke jobs like that in recent EPL history?
But their best attacking player is back! And they've run terribly even though they're exactly 16th in xGD as well

Does anybody here follow that Ted Knutson on Twitter? Mixedknuts

He made a blog post which was supposed to be a response to mails, however it was really just a chance for him to showcase how great he was and how the top clubs in England should hire him (Seriously no joking he did) Whilst simultaneously taking not so sly digs at his former employers Brentford who had recently let him go.

I made a point that it was ridiculously unprofessional and it was like a comical job application, in fact my actual words were:

"Some of the content in this piece is very unprofessional, a job application/tantrum at your old employers disguised as a mailbag "

Anyhow I instantly got blocked after that and he proceeded to refer to me as an "anonymous ****" and an "idiot" lol in further twitter posts. I was holding back as well!

You really have to read his blog/mailbag whatever it is supposed to be. He literally touts himself as some type of stats pioneer who some of the top clubs in England (City, Chelsea, United etc..) desperately need. I'm not even exaggerating. This is after being sacked by Brentford. I also seem to recall his post pre Brentford about "signing of the season" Memphis Depay who Arsenal should have desperately tried to sign. I mean that's really not a big deal because we all make mistakes, however he's touting himself as somebody who could teach all the big clubs a thing or two about recruitment/models etc...

Somebody needs to have the heart to tell him not to wait by the phone too long. Especially when he proceeds to slam his former employers repeatedly and in a very very immature manner, akin to a 14 year old on MSN messenger.

As you can tell I've not taken too kindly to being blocked and being called an anonymous **** lol, but read the piece yourself to take in the hilarity of it all.

Yeah I was pretty dumbfounded when I read that. He used to be fairly good and I enjoyed reading his stuff. That was just a painful read. I'm shocked that no reputable stattos called him out for his insolence.

Ducky posted about him in the transfers thread.

Seriously, if I couldn’t walk into any non-Arsenal, non-Liverpool club at this point and introduce them to a single competitive edge that could get them a minimum of 3 extra points a season (which equate to millions of pounds in revenue depending one where a team ends up in the table), I would hang up my analysis boots right now.

Will be interesting to see City's starting XI today with PSG up during the week. I'd be shocked if Aguero was there considering he was in South America last week.

Bournemouth might be worth a bet today.

Keeping an eye on this myself although Aguero only played 15 mins in Argentina's last match. Yaya's out but KdB and Nasri are back in the squad.

Actually I forgot they actually have a battle on to get a CL place next season. They prob go full strength but their away record is absolutely shocking.

my elaborate ploy of sneaking Loic Remy into my FPL team this week (at the expense of Sergio Aguero) is about to be exposed as either genius or idiotic.

Working the early shift today so will be watching everything on the dvr a couple hours late. Enjoy the banter, lads.

Market must have already known that Hiddink has announced his intention to mess around with experimental teams for the rest of the season, and we all knew Costa wasn't available. I guess it's the news that I've put Remy in my FPL team that's pushing the odds out.

would like my local to be showing norwich/toon but they've got bournemouth/citeh, because the locals want to see their team in the race for the fourth place trophy obv. heck, apart from possibly stoke, it's the most meaningless of all the 3pm games

I think I'll actually watch the Brighton / Burnley game rather than the PL one.

What is that team
04-02-2016 , 07:28 AM
Falcao and Pato on the bench

Chelsea could draw squad members out of a hat for each position and villa would still lose.

Market likes Pool, take away home advantage and it has Pool and Spurs at similar levels.

Same with Leicester and Southampton tomorrow as well.
