Nah, Joe will complain that Yaya and Aguero should have been booked for BLATANT diving!

Smalling has actually cost us this game by being so stupid, I can't actually process what he's actually done. Just unbelievable.

Anyway, think United's setup was generally effective. Rooney putting in a reasonably disciplined defensive shift, City's huge chances coming from quick transitions. Not an elite team defensive performance but was never going to be. Big issues are a) Fellaini and Rooney are painfully cumbersome in midfield possession, which makes it much more challenging to build up from the back b) Valencia is tragic, a liability every time he touches the ball c) ****ing lol Smalling

I need to see the Fellaini pen call again given the reaction....

The Rojo one wasn't a pen, replay clearly shows him making a good tackle.

No complaints about the red card, Smalling's career should be over at United now, he has one of his best ever games and then wastes the opportunity to cement himself by doing that.

Oliver has made two clear bad decisions, not booking Clichy and not booking Zabaleta (and it seems Hart is allowed to put his face into the ref as well).

Two decent shouts for penalties, but we wouldn't be under this much pressure if Smalling wouldn't have been given a wrongful first yellow and Zabaleta would have been sent off so City can't really complain. Definitely got the ref on their side.

yeah just saw the yaya one again, clear pen + red

the fellaini foul I can see not being given, but that one right on HT was beyond obvious

Rojo one a pen

Fellaini not

Am I seeing something where Rojo makes clear contact on the ball? Why in earth is the Sky Sports studio loaded up with ex-City and Liverpool players?

Having seen the replays I'm the opposite, Fellaini was a pen Rojo wasn't.

Man trying to block harts kick clearly worth a yellow card.

Hart should be off btw

Pretty sure Rojo took a whole load of leg and any contact with the ball was only after he took out Yaya, but I need to see another replay.

This is the replay I'm watching of Rojo, clearly you guys agree with Niall Quinn that Toure "takes it down on his thigh"....

Posting again in the hope you actually watch it. At no point does Toure actually touch the ball and it actually looks like he sticks his left leg out so Rojo would take him.

That is not a penalty.

Fellaini's was.
