They lost in the WORLD CUP SEMI-FINAL to an elite German team that won the world cup and were without their two best players, one of whom is a top 5 player itw.

Those 3 aren't typical Brazilian caliber but they're miles better than these 5 Chinese and Brazilian league **** heads Dunga is starting and they're not getting bounced in the group stage of Copa America. Lucas Lima is so bad.

Gil, Renato Augusto and Lucas Lima wouldn't make many Brazil teams in history but they are not bad.
The thing is you don't know much about those players so you assume they are no good. Renato Augusto is class and did well in the Bundesliga when he was playing there but got injured too often. Lucas Lima and Gil are good too but then again not mind blowing good or anything like that.

David Luiz is a nutcase that can't hold his position.He always does stupid **** that hurts the team.
Oscar is useless, he barely plays for Chelsea anymore.He had 3 goals and 3 assists last EPL season. Is that really the #10 we need?
Fernandinho is also nothing special.

What Brazil is really missing is Neymar and Thiago Silva.

My girlfriend is Brazilian so I watch them quite a bit. Renato Augusto et al have never impressed but Lucas Lima has always been noticeably awful and he was again tonight.

I'm also in the camp that if you're playing in the Brazilian league and China you're not good enough to play for the Brazil national team.

Fernandinho was one of the best CM in the Premier League this year and I don't necessarily disagree with anything you said about any of the others but they're an upgrade on the guys you played tonight.
