Give the SD defense a TON of credit. They stepped up and made huge individual and team plays when they absolutely had to. Of course I'll be rooting for them 100% vs. NE next week. So if you can moneyline NE at $1 billion to win $1, it's +ev.

That remains to be seen. I don't have a lot of faith in NE's pass rush of late, they've just been dropping their LB into coverage a lot (which I really hate btw).

SD has fast LB that can pass rush well, they tipped a bunch of Manning's passes today and could easily do a better job than most teams against the dump off stuff the Pats run.

I do think they will have trouble containing the WR group down the field, but as has been said numerous times... letting the Pats score fast >> lettng them score slow.

I was pretty confident in the D when Colts were inside close, like in goal to goes. No need to worry about getting beat deep, can't run against them, and you saw the pressure and the nice plays.
