You can ignore it because the QB killer, Houston Nutt, has had a full season to screw him up. He's had a full year to teach how to play not to lose and screw up his mechanics. The only decent passing QB we had under Nutt was Clint Stoerner in 98. The next season he was a completely different QB and he is on record saying how much more conservative Nutt made him.

His teams seem to be much, much better when no one expects things. When expectations are high, they don't seem to reach them.
