They're comparable. Everyone overrates the importance of close road losses for 1/2 loss teams. And overrates the quality of close wins.

Seeding will be interesting to me. I'd like to see Alabama and tOSU on opposite sides of the bracket. I believe those are the 2 best teams, certainly the 2 that will bring the highest ratings to a final, and Bama would get to avenge their 2014 semifinal loss and look to go B2B while OSU would also be looking to become the 1st team to win the CFP twice.

It's also a lock that Bama/tOSU are seeded 1/2...beating Va Tech won't bump Clemson from 3 to 2

Works out great because either way the championship is Bama getting revenge on tOSU or Clemson getting to rematch Bama

Of course, this assumes Bama wins tomorrow; if they lose to Florida it's possible they lose the top spot, but they prolly still don't, or would just flip spots with tOSU in worst case scenario

Both teams will have beaten Oklahoma

Oklahoma state lost to 6-6 Central Michigan and 6-5 Baylor (maybe 6-6 after today)...who is their best win after Oklahoma? Pitt? West Virginia? TCU?

Oklahoma State is after tOSU, B1G winner and Michigan

#10 beating #9 does not vault them from 10 to 4th especially when they said 4-7 were close, not 4-10 are close
