their defense played fine because the Jets are just as bad on offense as the Chargers are on defense

Nah, your arguments that Eli > Roethlisberger after Week 3 this season delivered at a level that can't be matched. Yes, Eli really "turned the corner" to that elite level. LOLZ.

Eli was pretty good this year and not the reason for their team's downfall. Ben was good this year as well but Eli had by far his best overall season.

I don't even like the Chargers but you guys are such tards.
I kept it short for you but I still don't think you comprehended my point. Chargers defense gave up 10 points today. Rivers gave away the other 7.

I guess let's just blame Rivers for everything. Obviously he had control such that the ball landed on Revis..............Christ. The Leonard INT was definitely his but otherwise he played a great game against the best D in the league. The still need to fix their running game which is blah.

On the drive after the Leonard TD, tard ass Shaun Phillips got also got a big penalty which helped the Jets out.

Ben has the intangibles to win championships, Rivers to this point doesn't. This poll was always silly given Rivers lack of accomplishments.

Intangibles = playing on a team with a sick D? Where he can have a 9-21, 2 int game in the Super Bowl and his team win 21-10...also is it intangible that it was one of the worst officiated playoff games all time?

I'm forgetting some of the plays, but except for one pass, rivers looked pretty good against a very good defense. His pocket presence was just great, so many times when the blitz was just a bit late.

Defense played fine today, the offense generated 7 points until the last 3 minutes. Simply not enough. With his mobility Ben would have avoided a number of Jets sacks and scored more. He's simply better. When Ben needed the points last year in crunch time, he got it done.
