Didn't they always have this tech that would beep when a serve hits the net? Fed had a service winner at 0-30 there that was disallowed due to hitting the net and Boris Becker said in the commentary that he was sure it didn't. I thought that **** was automated these days.

He's been better for like 8 years. But Fed could have taken some key matches off him in that time if he wasn't a choke specialist.

Joker is arguably the best athlete of this past decade but he simply isn't marketable in the West, him being Russian and all. Nm hes Serbian duhh, still gets no media love

It's clearly a combination. Federer plays great the entire first set, but when he needs to hold to win the set, and then in the tiebreaker, he just flops.

I mean I'm impressed with Fed's level this match, but he is still losing the same way he always loses. Play great when it doesn't matter, and when opponent doesn't fold, he does.

His net game/drop shots is light years ahead. He might not have the supreme laser focus for as long as he used too but he definitely has the tools to end points much quicker than he used too also.
