One time papi.

Strike one to Pedroia was a huge joke way off the plate.

Did you notice how it's exactly over ball one on pitchtrax. hyachaychyac

that pitch shoulda been hammered
10-19-2008 , 11:02 PM
OMG an intelligent pitching move.

That Pedroia pitch could have been 4-3 realllllllllllll easy.
10-19-2008 , 11:02 PM
god wheeler had nothing, pedro just missed that
10-19-2008 , 11:02 PM
Pedroia just missed there, and agree strike 1 was a joke.

kidcolin, please say "papi hits a home run here" in your next post.

Huge out, but the biggest out is yet to come. Big Papi 3 run homer, imo. He is clutch.

I think I agree with this, but can you imagine the second-guessing if Garza gives up the big hit?

papi hits a homerun here

Man this is exciting

Huh? Tampa has one of the best bullpens in the entire league. One bad game doesn't make it at a joke

Regardless, I still don't like him starting the 8th (and my point was to let him face Cora and only Cora, regardless of the result).

BTW, there is absolutely no reason why Kazmir can't come in and pitch the rest of this game. It's his scheduled day to throw a bullpen session anyway, isn't it? I'd trust him more than a 120-pitch Garza or a gassed Wheeler/Howell/Bradford.

papi just have a godd ab here dont try to do too much

That centerfielder is awful shallow.

fun game to watch as a phils fan

Joke was strong, but tired and not pitching well of late.

Bottom-line for me: Garza was dealing and other than 'zomg pitch count' there was no reason to pull him.
10-19-2008 , 11:05 PM
lol angry yelly guy in the stands...
